Roles and Responsibilities
- General communications and scheduling (internal and with customers)
- Manage A/R and A/P
- Assist in the preparation of presentations
- Maintain databases (equipment, customers, vendors, employees, etc.)
- Recruitment activities
- Trade show coordination
Desired Skills
- Good communications are a must (verbal and written)
- Understands and proficient in the use of good accounting practices
- Proficient with Quickbooks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Desired Qualifications and Experience
Education: Associates or bachelors degree in business (or related discipline)
Certifications: n/a
Experience: We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of office management experience.
